A report by a metropolitan magistrate proved Another Fake Encounter by Gujarat Police. How far they can be inhuman? No limits……
Ishrat Jahan and her friends were killed in a false gun fight in 2004. This is not just a statement; this is a fact one of those facts which have never been proven or never tried to be proven. Innocent people kept on getting killed in these kinds of ruthless encounters under the umbrella of terrorism.
Mr. Moily (Law Minister) stated that punishment should be given to the responsible of this inhuman encounter. The statement was given on Tuesday after getting the report of 240 pages submitted by the metropolitan magistrate who proved on realistic grounds that ishrat jahan and her friends were innocent. Mr. Moily took no time to give such a statement but I don’t think he realize that it’s too late. Action has to be taken to stop killing innocent people in India especially in Gujarat. It is very easy to give sympathy statement but it is impossible to bring innocent people back.
The Gujarat police submitted their statement that ishrat jahan and her friends was the member of the terrorists group Lashkar-e- Taiba and they planned to kill the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, but Gujarat Police was very competent to gun them down straight away on the roads of Ahmadabad in 2004 without conducting any kind of investigation.
This is very sad and unfortunate that the report proved that Ishrat and her three friends were not linked with any kind of terrorist group.
On the other hand Gujarat Government showing no flexibility to accept the report. The Government has decided to challenge the report about the bloody encounter by the Gujarat Police which shows that encounter was forged.
