Jamar Pinkney SR. has been sentenced for a first degree murder as he killed 15 year old Jamar Pinkey Jr. his real son with a gunshot straight to his head. The first question came to mind is…what are the motives behind such horrific incident?
Jamar Pinkney JR. touched his 3 year old step sister, and Jamar Pinkey Sr claimed that his son told his mother that he touched his sister in an inappropriate way or with “sexual intentions”. Jamar Ponkey JR.’s aunt told that he was such a nice boy, he can’t even think of it. The baby girl was examined thoroughly by the authorities but no signs of sexual abuse were found.
During the hearing Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said that no individual has the right to impose death penalty upon anyone on his own, regardless of the offence seriousness. The law is there, the court is there to help and decide what to do and what not to.
Now how cruel a father can be, he first beat his son brutally at home and then ordered him to take off all his cloths. He forced him out of the house on to the ground and asked him to stand still. He shot him right in the head, sat in his car and escaped from the crime scene. The boy was begging for mercy before his father shot him.
An eye witness told that Jamar Pinkney SR. seemed comfortable and had no regrets on his face after killing his son; it felt that he absolutely did nothing wrong and there drove off. She told that the boy was crying and begging for mercy but of no use.
Jamar Pinkney SR. was charged with first degree murder and the maximum penalty can be the life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. He was also charged with armed crime and criminal assault.
Well, yet another example of an inhumane act by a human, this is the only difference between humans and animals, many animals kills their own breed for several reasons and this for a human is superior than an animal, this is shame that we call ourselves a civilized nation, what civilization left behind……… I Wonder.
