Santa Barbara Superior Court — 29 years old Jesse James from Hollywood fond in the guilty of first-degree murder kidnapping of a teen ager 15 years old (Nicholas Markowitz)who inspired the movie “Alpha Dog” in 2007. Santa Barbara Court jury also found him responsible of particular conditions claim of being involved in an offense in which machine gun or an attacking weapon was used, building him qualified for the death of punishment.
This story is well-known to the community, because it is the scheme of the movie “Alpha Dog” in 2006 staring Justin Timberlake and Emile Hirsch. But the story of Jesse James is not from one of the Hollywood movies. Jesse James was a gang leader of a group of “LA drug users” who tried to gather $1200 money owing from “Ben Markowitz” so for this purpose he kidnapped his own younger stepbrother “Nicholas Markowitz”.
Hollywood decided after some days of holding Nicolas Markowitz that Jesse James did not want to countenance the charges of kidnapping so that is why he planned Nicholas to never be found again. He shot the Nicholas Markowitz and buried his dead body in a thin grave in the park from where body has been found and confirmed as Nicholas dead body. Although, Jesse James Hollywood was not at the sight of the murder but he has been identified of ordering the murder. Jesse James could get the death penalty.
