Michael S. Quale and Robin M. Eads are the brains behind “Jobshouts.com”. Jobshouts.com came out as the 1st free job board to put together social media as a part of its delivery stage. This site is not just only free but also broadcasts every job posted by “Twitter” using title of the job, #jobs, location and a link to the complete job add. It is more searchable by those who are not following Jobshouts on Twitter with the use of hashtag “#jobs”. Furthermore, a job seeker can create his personal profile which permits him to get a straight massage on Twitter when any posted job matches to his profile.
