John Allen Muhammad the sniper killer of Beltway in 2002, finally the court has decided to execute the convict so called converted Muslim on November 10 2009 at 9:00 PM. He was found guilty of killing more than 10 people in 2002 and many others, when he and his partner were on a mission of killing people called Jihad. He never admitted his offence and he kept on arguing that he is an innocent person.
Supreme Court in September 2009 decided to execute John on 10th November 2009 and last minute appeal was also turned down and decided to make him sleep forever. John is passing his final hours of his life in state prison near Jarrett, Virginia. He will be executed with a lethal injection.
John Allen Williams changed his religion in 1987 and converted to Islam he changed his name from John Allen Williams to John Allen Muhammad. He was supposed to be the mastermind of the Beltway Snipers Attack in 2002. He killed 10 and injured many. He was caught soon after the attacks. He was charged with the capital murder in 2003 and found guilty and sentenced to death. The Court decided to hang him till death in 2003. Just before his execution he was handed over to the authorities of Maryland for more charges. Again he was declared to be executed and again he was handed over to Columbia for more charges.
John Allen Muhammad waited for almost 7 years and finally decision remains the same.
