The rumors spread that Kate and Jon Gosselin have withdrawn their law suit for the custody of their children. They also shared that they are trying to resolve their issues. The Attorney of Jon Gosselin hasn’t revealed any official statement about the withdrawal of the law suit. Kate appeared on the Today show on Friday night and said that she didn’t want to continue with the custody case and therefore decided to negotiate. She even said that everything is going fine between them and ants to forget everything that happened with her in the last one year. During the show Kate said that she still has to go through some issues with Jon Gosselin but doesn’t care about it unless and until it doesn’t affect her kids.
She said that their father had introduced the kids to his new girlfriend which has created many questions in their mind. The decision by Job Gosselin is still pending and Kate is just concerned about her kids. The kid’s asks questions about their fathers girlfriends and it’s hard for her to describe the details to the kids. Kate said that she hasn’t looked for any other relation and wants to concentrate on her kids only. She even said that she will also get married sooner or later and her kids even ask her about it. The marriage between Kate and Jon lasted for only ten years. The couples have eight children and the couple decided to get separated last year in June. The law suit for the custody of the children was going on since then and the latest rumors say that it’s over now.
