According to police report Senator Bob Corker’s eldest daughter was robbed of her vehicle yesterday. According to details Julia was driving her Chevy Tahoe towards the family’s house in Washington D.C in the vicinity of Verizon center. She was stopped by a stranger and started asking about an address in the area. Meanwhile a second man opened the back door of the vehicle and entered inside, both the men dragged Julia Croker out of the Chevy and threw her on the road.
Both men drove away with the car. Julia Croker immediately called her father who made it to the place where the incident occurred within minutes.
Sen. Bob Crocker later told that Julia has not received any serious wound requiring medical attention and she is at home recovering from bruises. He also expressed his disappointment over the incident as he said he considered the area as safe being just near to the capital.Police later discovered the Chevy Tahoe and two suspects were caught in relation with the incident. Police has not yet made the name of the suspects public.
UPDATE
In an update to the story the suspects have been named as Steven Alston and Dewalden Connors. Reportedly Alston was on the driving seat of the stolen car. As they were caught the thieves appeared totally oblivious of the police proceeding and were asking questions like whether they would be kept in the same cell in the jail or different cells.
Julia Corker has gained some negative fame as being lesbian however the news is not confirmed.
