A drunken mother strips in front of her kids to avoid police arrest. Julia E. Laack is likely to face many charges as she refused to go with the police by getting naked and kicked a police officer. Also, she will be facing charges of theft. She was arrested on Friday at her home.
Julia E. Laack is 39-years-old and lives in 1603, 13th St. Sheboygan. She went to shopping with her husband and two of her children where she stole the beef jerky and a cigarette lighter from a gas pumping station. The surveillance camera showed the video in which Julia could be seen stealing the beef jerky and dumping it in her bag while putting the lighter in the back of her jeans.
When the police arrived at her house on Friday at 4p.m. she refused to let the officer arrest her. She resisted and even kicked one of the police officer while spit on the other. In frustration, she then stripped down and told the police officers that they could not arrest her without her clothes. Before stripping down she screamed and swore at her children. She also harassed a teenager that it was his fault for which she was being arrested.
While on her way to the police central county, Julia E. Laack continued spitting and biting the police officers sitting next to her. Her face was then covered with a spitting hood. She even exposed her buttocks in the rear window and told the female police officer that her children are going to die.
Julia may be sentenced to 5-years imprisonment if she is convicted with the charges which are filed against her by the complaint.
