An adventure can be an awful one, so there should always be a factor of safety when you are going to for an adventure trip. Kelly Ann Walz an adventure–loving37-year-old woman from Ross Township, Pennsylvania, who loved to keep dangerous animals as her pet was killed by one of her own pet bear when she was cleaning the cage. Kelly Ann Walz also has a Bengal tiger and African lion in her home as pet.
She was accidently attacked by her pet bear when she was cleaning her15-by-15 foot concrete and steel coop. She heaved a deep sound to divert bear’s attention and to keep her at some distance in order to clean the cage easily but the bear suddenly attacked killing her on the spot.
Education commissioner for the Pennsylvania Game Commission, Tim Conway, said that Kelly had a license to keep bear with her as a pet and this bear was with her since 2000. 350 pounds beast was shot dead by the neighbor after Kelly’s gruesome death.
Americans are crazy enough to keep the dangerous and deadly animals as pet and approximately 25000 tigers are kept by the U.S. citizens in their homes according to an estimate these numbers are higher than those of found in the jungles.
The history of killing humans by the beasts is not new; especially North American people have been experiencing this from decades. The Kodiak bear, Grizzly Bear and The Mexican Brown Bear are mostly behind many assassinations. Reportedly 27 people are killed by animals from 2000 till now.
Authorities and US government should ban to keep such dangerous animals in the residential area as pets and license for beasts should be prohibited.
