A man dies by falling in Kravis Center. The man was a worker at Kravis Center.
According to the details, the 27-year-old worker of Kravis Center dies after a fall. He was identified as Fenton Hollingsworth and was known to his co-workers as Andy. Fenton Hollingsworth had been working in Kravis Center as theater prop technician since year 2007. He was hanging concert lights in the ceiling of the Rinker’s Theater about 2 p.m. on Thursday. A concert was scheduled to be held in that hall and preparations were being made. Fenton was working on the lights when he fell on the ground. He fell from a height of 30 feet. According to the spokesperson of Kravis center, he might have slipped while assembling the lights on ceiling. He was immediately admitted to St. Mary’s Medical Center where he was under treatment in emergency unit but he succumbed to his injuries and was announced dead. The spokesperson commented on the demise of the theater’s worker and said that he was a member of the Kravis family and his death has been devastating for us. Kravis Center’s CEO, Judy Mitchell, said in a statement that the management is investigating into the matter. She also said that Fenton Hollingsworth will be ‘greatly missed’. She condoled to the family of the departed man.
Fenton Hollingsworth was the first worker of Kravis Center who died of any accident during the work.
Raymond F. Kravis Center is a theater for performing arts and is located in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.
