According to the reports, Virginia prosecutors have requested to the state to set the date to execute lee Boyd malvo’s lead companion John Allen Muhammad to November 9. lee Boyd Malvo and John Allen Muhammad were convicted in shooting multiple men in a series of events. Lee Boyd Malvo and John Allen Muhammad together have shot 13 persons, resulting 10 deaths.
Lee Boyd Malvo and John Allen Muhammad have been involved in a series of killings in Alabama, Tacoma, Washington; D.C. and Montgomery areas. Both lee boyd malvo and John Allen Muhammad have admitted that they had been involved in different killings. Lee Boyd Malvo has been sentenced to imprisonment for his entire lifetime while the court was still hearing to the case of John Allen Muhammad until recently when Muhammad’s attorney released a letter which stated that the Virginia prosecutor have requested to set the date of Muhammad’s execution to November, 9. The letter was issued by the State Attorney General to the court in which it was requested to schedule the execution in November. The letter mentioned that the date has been carefully chosen by the state Attorney General office. Muhammad’s attorney said that he would file an appeal in the U.S. 4th Circuit Court Appeal.
Muhammad has been sentenced to death in conviction of Meyers murder. Meyers was one of the 10 persons who were killed in a shooting spree by Muhammad and his teen-aged protege.
