
Last Night Lindsay Sisk had the time of her life a long lasting career performance which led Arizona to victory over Stanford 6-5 in NCCA Softball Super Regional. Arizona has qualified for the 21st Women’s College World Series. The country’s top home run hitting team Arizona arrived to Smith Family Stadium to play with Stanford’s. The Wild Cat’s defeated the Stanford and Lindsey Sisk played a major role to take Arizona qualify for Women’s College World Series.
Last Thursday Stanford took the lead by winning the first game of best of three series from Arizona, but Wild Cats hit back strong, pitcher number 3 Lindsay Sisk a second year student with big hits and a blazing performance made the dream come true.
Lindsay Sisk won a heroic battle with Melisa Kouts, receiving a strikeout on a vicious rise ball to complete the innings and defend her teams lead. She strikes out the side in the 2nd and 5th innings with 2 on and no out before that. Lindsay Sisk strikes out the side in 7th innings and finished with 14 to preserve the victory for Wild Cats. This was the 133rd home run of Arizona Wild Cats in this season.
