Liz Vassey was born in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 9, 1972 and was raised in Tampa, Florida. Liz started her acting career when she was only 9 years old, her first performance was as “Oliver” in the musical of the same name “Oliver”, she continued her work as stage artist, and she has performed in over fifty plays in the Tampa Bay area theaters. Liz was requested by “University of South Florida” to take theater classes at the age of thirteen. Liz continued her studies as well as she worked with an acting teacher from the HB Studios for two years. Liz also took classes in “Manhattan Class Company” in University of Southern California and “Howard Fine Studios”.
Liz is best known from the TV series “The Tick” in which she played her part as “Captain Liberty” in the 2001 she was nominated for Emmy Award. “All My Children” soap opera is also one of the Liz’s careers best she had played the role of “Emily Ann Sago” from 1988 to 1991. Liz has also played a chronic role as “Dr. Carrie Allen” on the series “Tru Calling” in 2004 – 2005. In 2005, she has started her chronic role in TV series “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” as “Wendy Simms”.
Liz also runs a company called “T(ee)”, along with her fellow actress, there company designs and sells slogan-covered t-shirts for women. She lives with her husband, David Emmerichs, in Los Angeles.
Yesterday episode of “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” was one of those episodes that are significantly a bit lighter than the ones that preceded it, even though the 200 episode was, a minor disillusionment and some of the cases were apparently grisly, it was different in the way that it had this strange flicker of comedy.
In the convention of other “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” episodes, this should not be any different but there is a catch. In yesterdays episode Hodges “Wallace Langham” and Wendy “Liz Vassey” bash into each other at a science fiction conference, and actually the two share love for the same classic show and then one of their favorite actors turn up dead. The acting of Liz was lovely as ever but you know “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” need to make few changes if they want to play it loud.
