In a period of unemployment in the United States when people are looking for vacancies and are not able to find any, there are two vacant judge seats at the American Idol. There are a number of rumors being spread about the appointment of the new judges. Many names have been coined by the media claiming to be the next judges for the reality show. The names that have been circulating in the media include Lopez, Tyler, and Isaak.
The job is quite wonderful as it is very high paying. It has been reported that a judge earned thirty six million dollars for a single year. The show has got far more popularity then any other TV show being telecasted these days. It shall be interesting to see whether Lopez would get this job or not. As there are two vacancies so there are a lot of chances that she might manage to get one of those seats. She has a great career as an actress and now it would be interesting to see how good she turns out to be as a judge.
There are some disadvantages of being a judge at the show apart from the advantages. The advantage is that the judge gets immense popularity among the people. This same thing turns out to be a disadvantage as well because the people who start loosing their popularity as the true professionals which they are. Like if Lopez becomes the next judge she would start to loose her identity as an actress and she would be more known as a judge at the show.
