Lori Gottlieb released her book on Thursday called “Marry Him: The Case for Settling for Mr. Good Enough”.
It is going to be promoted by Oprah and the Today Show will be pumping it. A video recording of Marry him will also be put up on the YouTube on Th.
The writer, Lori Gottlieb has splendidly written Marry Him! for a magazine in Mar 2008. The book revolves around the fact that looking for a partner tailor-made according to a lot of expectations is going to destine young ladies to an eternal state of dashing hopes till the time she’s very aged and saggy to be viewed as marriage material by men.
Lori Gottlieb gives the advice to settle for a good enough man in the Atlantic mag. Women should not care about love or a deep connexion. Do not ditch a man on the basis of an irritating habit of screaming `Bravo!’ in cinemas.
Men are presented in a good way in this book.
For Lori Gottlieb, there’s no euphoric end, leastwise not upon her conditions. She stays unmarried and holds out the publication as a preventive story for young girls.
Lori Gottlieb talks in her book about what could take place if women do not widen their estimate of the Mister Right. She says that it can be regarded as a book about resolving to end up with a man who is ‘good enough’ if not Mr. Right. It is like the ‘growing up’ of women. Lori Gottlieb is striving to re-educate young girls in their twenties.
Naturally, that takes for granted a degree of maturity, which Lori Gottlieb achieved after forty years of age.
