Lyrebird is an Australian bird. They uniquely knew for their beautiful quality of natural sounds. They are also known for their colored tail feathers. These birds are found in Australia the male birds are famous for their long tail. The birds have two species in their family known as Weringerong and Albert’s. The Superb birds are found in Queensland and Victoria.
The female birds are a bit small than the male birds ranging from seventy four to eighty four and eighty to ninety eight centimeters long respectively. The superb birds are commonly found at the Melbourne National park and Royal National Park. The other species of the birds Albert’s are found in a small number. The female birds and male birds range from eighty four centimeter and ninety centimeter long respectively. These birds are only found in Queensland rainforest. The male birds usually hang around the bush area. The female usually stay on low ground and incubates her egg which takes fifty days to hatch.
The birds usually eat earthworms, spider, insects and seeds. The bird is capable of producing many different and exotic sounds. It can also replicate human noises, musical instruments, camera shutter, baby voices and dogs. During a research a flute was played near the Lyrebird and later they started to play the tune in their voice. They are very quick in adopting different sounds which makes them very rare.
