Ever bullied your fighting children to kick out of the car and drive off? Madlyn Primoff did. She has kicked of her 12 year and 10 year old quarreling daughters out of the car on Sunday evening on the White Plains of downtown N.Y.
Madlyn Primoff a 45 year old has two daughters and she is a Park Avenue lawyer was arrested on Sunday evening for leaving her two arguing daughters in downtown White Plains, the elder daughter ran after the car and was let in by her mother on the other hand the younger sister who is 10 years old was left behind. Mom and the elder sister drove about 3 miles from the drop-off point to their home in Scarsdale. The 10 year old girl was later discovered by a passerby who bought her an ice-cream and called the police. Later police took the young girl with them to the station. The District Attorney’s office said she was charged Tuesday on one count of causing danger to the safety of a child, a momentary order of protection was subjected, excluding her from contact with the girls. Madlyn was later released on minimal bail.
Madlyn’s lawyer would not comment today on details of the case, on the other hand he told the press that, “Madlyn is a great mother related with a great family, and that she is appreciative for the expression of support from friends and family”.
Madlyn is one of the partner’s in the “Business Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group” at the firm. The firm has quite many big names as clients e.g. Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo, as per firm’s website.
