Mark Gerald Tauscher is an American Football Offensive tackle. He was born on 17 June, 1977 in Marshfield Wisconsin. He is also a free agent in National Football League. He was selected in the Annual player selection meeting of NFL in 2000 by Green Bay Packers and afterwards he played all his nine seasons with the same team.
Mark Gerald Tauscher professional carrier started when he was selected in the seventh round of 2000 Annual player selection meeting of NFL. In his early rookie season he became a starter. After the injury of starter Earn Dotson at Buffalo, he played as a starter in 64 out of his 66 games.
Unluckily, in the second game of 2002 season, Tauscher suffered with medial collateral ligament and torn anterior cruciate ligament. Because of these injuries he faced a surgery and missed out the remaining matches of the season. He made a successful comeback in 2003.
In 13th game of 2008 season, when he was playing vs Houstons Texans he again became victim of torn anterior cruciate ligament injury and missed the remaining games of the season. After that injury his career of good and bad luck came to an end.
He was also awarded with Walter Payton Man of the year in year 2008.
