Marla Sokoloff is an American actress and musician most famous for playing the part of “Lucky Hatcher” on the show “The Practic”e and “Gia Mahan” on the “ABC sitcom Full House”. Marla Sokooff was born on 19th of December, 1980 in San Francisco, California. Marla Sokoloff is the daughter of Cindi (née Sussman) who is a former caterer and Howard Sokoloff (a podiatrist). Marla Sokoloff is an alumna of the “Los Angeles County High School for the Arts”. Marla Sokoloff has dated with actors “Shane West” and “James Franco” both of them starred with Marla Sokoloff in the teen flick “Whatever It Takes”. She has been dating with drummer and composer “Alec Puro” as of 2004.
Marla Sokoloff likes and enjoys music; she has a large guitar collection. Until 2003 she played and sang rhythm guitar in “LA-based rock band Smittin”. When Marla Sokoloff struck out on her own and she released her 1st solo CD, called “Grateful” on February 17, 2006.
Marla Sokoloff starred in the ABC TV series “Big Day” in November 2006. The last episode of this series aired on 30th of January, 2007. Away from TV, Marla Sokoloff has starred in lots of films as well that include The Tollbooth; The Climb; Whatever It Takes; Where’s My Car?; Dude, Love On The Side and Sugar & Spice.
Marla Sokoloff starred alongside Paul Campbell, Andy Griffith, Doris Roberts, and Liz Sheridan in the romantic comedy Play the Game in 2009.
