A Pennsylvania man opened fire when 26-year-old Aerobics Instructor named “Mary Primis” was teaching an aerobics class. Mary Primis is pregnant for 10 weeks, who injured seriously due to gunfire. Police said on Wednesday that a gunman named “George Sodini” killed 3 women and injured other 9 before turning the handgun on himself. According to Charles Moffatt (Allegheny County Police Superintendent), George Sodini was 48-year-old, who entered into an Aerobics Class with 4 handguns and started fire; he shoot at least thirty six times about 8 PM on Tuesday.
George Sodini was a member of Gym and also found dead as lying on his guns in aerobics class room. Charles Moffat also stated that investigators found a schedule of aerobics class from his house, so the authorities are expecting that his target was aerobics class. But police is not sure regarding whether he targeted anybody personally or not?
Mary Primis was shot twice; Alex Primis (Mary Primis’s husband) told to the reporters that once she was shot in her left shoulder and again in her shoulder blade through the back. Mary Primis said that it was her last class before taking leave due to pregnancy.
“I remember thinking I wanted to hold my breath because I was afraid, if he saw that I was breathing, he would shoot again,” she told CNN affiliate WPXI from her hospital bed.
Asked if she thought she was going to die, she said, “I wasn’t sure.”
“He just had a lot of hatred in him, and he was hell bent on committing this act,” Moffatt said.
