The Ultimate Fighting Championships were very much interesting and the fighters fought with a lot of enthusiasm and vigor. There was a lot of entertainment for the people in this huge event. Matt Hughes was one of the participants in this event. He had played very hard and made his victory eminent against his great opponent. Matt Hughes. Took the control over his body and made a great move in order to disable the hands of Ricardo Almeida. Ricardo was not a bad fighter but he could not counter the moves of Matt Hughes. The match was interesting and it took very less time to finish it as Matt finished the match within four minutes. Matt Hughes finished the match with a headlock choke.
Ricardo Almeida could not break the lock of Matt and he went down from that move. Matt Hughes was a former wrestler as well as a former coach of wrestling who used to coach the students of Eastern Illinois University. These moves through which he had ended the match were from his skills of wrestling. After the match he said to the media that it was a move of wrestling that he had learned from the Illinois University a long time ago. He was looking very happy to become the winner and beat his Brazilian opponent. Matt said that he might be selected for the hall of fame for this sport after he wins the next bout championship. In the previous year Hughes had won three matches in a row which made him a famous fighter in the Ultimate Fighting Championships.
