Mother of Two older children and ex-wife of Michael Debbie Rowe is in line too to acquire the custody. On the other hand, Diane Diamond said that no one in Jackson’s family is biologically linked to the three children; therefore, it is not possible for any one in Michael’s family to gain the custody for the three children.
Although Michael Jackson said in his life that his sperm was used to conceive his children, Diane is challenging the fact that this is not the case. She gave the hint that she is aware of the fact that which man donated sperm. However, she did not share that information regarding that person. Diane pointed out the reality that Michael’s children have light skin and blue eyes, to support her debate.
UC Berkeley law professor Herma Hill Kay said, it will not be easy for Debbie Rowe to get custody, but on the other hand, expert lawyers with MJ’s family said that if the custody battle were to be fought the advantage would be with Debbie.
R. Richard Banks, Stanford Law professor said that Debbie is absolutely first in line to get custody; actually, she would have the legal right to have the children, the only possibility in which she can not be granted children’s custody is that if she is declared as an unfit mother.
Debbie Rowe firstly signed an agreement relinquishing her parental rights to two older children “Prince Michael Jr., 12”, and “Paris Michael Katherine, 11”, but later changed her mind and went back to court to challenge the agreement.
It is an embarrassment that, eventually, the dilemma of these kids might just be starting. Their worlds will most likely be in disturbance in the near future.
