Ruffin McNeil (defensive coordinator) has been announced as the interim coach by the school in a press release on Monday. A press release has been issued by the family of Adam James in which they have identified their son Adam involved behind this complain and suspension of Mike Leach. They stated in their release that Adam James has been subjected to procedures and cares not reliable with the reasonable rules for health and safety.
Mike Leach has now become third coach in the college level teams and second coach in top 12 coaches that are found guilty this season to mistreat their players. A resign was also appeared earlier in this month by Mark Mangino after an investigation made by the school which was about the charges of maltreatment of the football players of his team. Mike Leach had an agreement of USD 12.7 million with the Texas Tech for five years but has been suspended due to his mistreatment with the players.
