The two-hundredth episode of the television series “South Park” has touched a very key issue this time as the showing of Muhammad was being argued on it. What happens in the episode is that the children take a trip to the local fudge and candy factory and find Tom Cruise working there in a white uniform so one of the kids calls him a ‘fudge packer’ which deeply offends tom Cruise. After this Tom Cruise gets really riled up and tells them that he going to sue the entire population of South Park with a class action lawsuit.
All the parents get together and call the children in to tell them what their behavior has gotten the town into so Stan and his father then go to the factory and tell Tom Cruise that they are sorry and that Stan just got a little confused since he saw Tom Cruise in a uniform and thought that he was a person who packs fudge. After the apology Tom Cruise says that he will not sue the town of South Park on one condition which is that they have to get Muhammad to the town.
This causes a great worry amongst the citizens who don’t know how to show Muhammad in South Park without offending the Muslims. So they go to all the SuperBest Friends for advice and discuss how they can possibly show Muhammad in the episode without causing violence. This episode can be considered a take on the Muslim reactions to a cartoon script in Denmark that showed a depiction of Muhammad .
