Nashoba Valley Winery is one of the most famous wineries in America. Located at a hilltop in Bolton, Nashoba Valley Winery is a beautiful orchard. Nashoba Valley Winery is widely acclaimed fruit winery which is open daily throughout the year except on some national holidays. The Winery is spread on an area of more than 40 acres and it includes distillation facility, a gift shop and restaurant. Nashoba Valley Winery also hosts various festivals and wine events through out the year which includes wine room tours, gourmet wine dinners, and Family concerts, BBQ for the visitors and visits to wine and beer tasting rooms.
According to our reports, the owner of the winery Richard Pelletier says that this summer has given very nice apples for the wines. Richard tells that this year summer was warmer and they have better fruit harvest. He also tells the reporters that last year the fruit was damaged by the hail. Richard also told that the plum and peer in the orchards are also ready to be picked.
Recently, Richard wrote a letter to the state governor about the sales taxes imposed at the wine sales. He complained that government is imposing more taxes on the restaurants and the recent sales taxes on the liquor have decreased his profits. Richard demanded that the sales taxes on restaurants and the wineries should be imposed at a rate equivalent to other businesses.
