A five year old case has been brought back into the lime light on news channels around Europe and America as Van Der Sloot insisted today that what he had said back then to his friend on the phone was just a lie, it was a story that he wanted his friend to believe in order to give the impression that he was a tough guy. The Natalie Holloway confession which Van Der Sloot made to his friend over the phone had been tapped and was being heard on secretly by the authorities.
In the Natalie Holloway confession Van Der Sloot told his friend that Natalie, an American student had had a seizure while they were on the beach and he had dumped her into a body of water. The confession may sound like the whole mystery behind the Natalie Holloway disappearance on the thirtieth of May in the year 2005 had been solved but the police still have no hard core evidence that might link Sloot to the disappearance.
As reaction of the Natalie Holloway confession, Sloot professed that while he had made the call to his friend he was under the influence of cannabis and was not really aware of the implications the conversation might have in his involvement with the murder case. Sloot has finally agreed to answer some questions by the investigators, something that he has been unwilling to do for the past year by maintaining his right to remain silent.
The last time that Natalie was seen was when she was getting in the car with Sloot and two of his friends.
