Nell Scovell, the American writer of magazines, a producer and director revealed that she had been connected with the famous talk show named Late Night with David letterman and the reason she told was the antagonistic work environment and the favoritism for gender. Nell Scovell remembered and recalled the time of 1990, when she was the part of the talk show Late Night with David Letterman and the host of the show David letterman on the TV channel NBC. She expressed her views while writing for Vanity Fair online.
Nell Scovell expressed that she had the intentions to raise the issue of gender discrimination in that particular organization but she didn’t. Her written statement was quoted by the Sydney Morning as she said that she was given extra attention being a lady and she knew that and at the same time she also have the idea about the Dave having sexual relationship with the female staff of the talk show.
Nell Scovell further said that she also felt that she was disgraced at that particular workplace but she didn’t took any action or she didn’t say anything about that issue. She also admitted that she hasn’t had the future as a professional in that organization and she knew that she has no chance to flourish. And she claimed that one of the reasons was the sex politics out of other many reasons.
David Letter admitted the fact in the recent past that he was involved in the sexual relationship with number of female employees of the show and that supposed to be a blackmailing plan.
