The musical group, Nerds in Disguise, shot a video using Lit’s “My Own Worst Enemy” and they are awarded by the judges as one of the five finalists in the competition. This musical band received the Moonman award live, on TV, during the 26th yearly, MTV VMA’s. The event took place at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, Nerds in Disguise appeared on the same stage as performers such as Janet Jackson, Lady Gaga and Jay-Z.
Nerds in Disguise, Reynold’s musical group has performed in their award-wining video with their gorgeous song “My Own Worst Enemy.” The group also features an extraordinary type of party, where a person from two different ways of life, come closer to share a good time.
Reynolds said he and his 9 friends, from the beginning have a will represent a college party in their video. To present the party in a realistic manner, became a challenge within the contest regulations, and according to contest rule, all video submissions had to include both Pepsi and Rock Band products, could only attribute music from a pre-approved record of songs and could have no more than 10 people publicized and the difficulty was that there should only be 10 people in the party, “Reynolds said, “so they determined to make each of them double to show there were actually 20 people.” Reynolds is very happy for such high appreciation of video.
