Bronx, New York a women was stabbed on Tuesday Nimzay Aponte a 23 year old at St. Mary’s Park. This morning Bronx detectives arrested Raymond Dennis, 35, according to the police the words came out of dying woman’s mouth “Mike did it” become the clue for 40th Precinct detectives which ked them to the killer.
Nimzay Aponte becomes the victim of Raymond Dennis on Tuesday when she was sitting on the bench of St. Mary’s park with a friend when Dennis stabbed her in broad day light. They met each other on AOL messenger service, but when Dennis asked Nimzay Aponte to meet her face to face but she refused to do so he responded by stabbing her.
Ray Kelly Bronx Police Commissioner said that this is the world in which we live and this is an occurrence that is with us.
According to the Bronx police Raymond Dennis, who stabbed Nimzay Aponte on Tuesday in broad day light is an ex-convict and served his time for assault and drugs.
It took detectives only 48 hours to apprehend the killer of Nimzay Aponte. She met dennis on AOL’s buddy chat service and chatted with him for a while then she refused any further advances but this arose the inside demon of Dennis once again which ended with the murder of Nimzay Aponte. Kelly told the police that Dennis know that Nimzay will be at the career conference on Tuesday, he found her and stabbed her two time. She told the police his AOL instant messenger’s name before her death which become the reason of his apprehension.
Bronx detectives investigated Nimzay Aponte friends as well as William Sherief, she is 25 years old and was with her in the park at the time of her murder, she received minor injury a stab wound on her arm. Police then checked her computer records and tracked down the stabber the police arrested Dennis on Thursday morning. Raymond Dennis was charged with second degree murder.
