The officer of the Bay Area Rapid Transit had committed a great crime of an involuntary killing. According to the Oakland news the officer is fully responsible for the death of Oscar Grant. The bay area station of Oakland in California has experienced some unpredictable scenes and it has affected the whole population of Oakland. The people of Oakland are not ready to trust the police anymore in any case. The police have broken away their trust from the minds of the people. The officer Johannes Mehserle has been proven as the killer of Oscar Grant and in the future in 6th of August he will hear his punishment of sentence to the jail for few years. This huge incident happened after Oscar was taken out of the Bay Area Rapid Transit train after a fight with some people.
On his refusal to be arrested officer Johannes shot him down with his gun. All the other officers were shocked to see hat Johannes did not used his stun gun instead of the pistol to stop Oscar. The Oakland News showed that the whole scene was like Johannes had any sort of enmity with Oscar and only for this reason he killed him. The Oakland news presented some really bad scenes in the Oakland city after a few days of that incident. The people were very angry on Johannes’s act of involuntary killing. All the videos and pictures were uploaded on the internet by the media and people who were already present on the spot. The Oakland news showed the anger of the people on the news channel. This act of killing has proved bad for the reputation of that police.
