Old Faithful Inn is a hotel situated in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, United States, with a clear vision of the famous Old Faithful Geyser. Its beautiful scenery is being the cause of attraction for the people forever but this summer President Obama’s presence added the attraction. Arrived at the Yellowstone’s Old Faithful geyser on Sep 2nd, where they enjoyed the iconic symbol of America’s national parks on Saturday in the presence of at least 3,000 people.
The visit of the president is a three-day tour of four-state including a town hall conference in Belgrade, Mont. Fly-fishing coaching on the Gallatin River, a whitewater rafting tour in Big Sky, Mont., and visits to Grand Canyon National Park and Phoenix. President Obama was the 10th U.S. President who visits Yellowstone National Park, the first to visit here was Chester Arthur.
Robert Gibbs, White House spokesperson revealed that the visit to the parks will not only be family vacation tour but an effort to emphasize free entrance to national parks for two days, Saturday and Sunday. The weekend is decided to open for free.
The people from far away were waiting to see the president. Yellowstone’s crowd growth during this summer exceeded to set a record for the world’s first National Park. On Saturday morning, security was high alert at Old Faithful, president reached at 10 am and people waved and exhorted as one helicopter circled Old Faithful. As Obama watched Old Faithful, he remarked “that’s pretty good”. He visited the geyser for 25 minutes, after that the president and his family spent an hour before their departure, in the park.
