Oscar Grant is a hot search on the internet today; Grant was killed by a police officer accidentally. After reports of fights police officers came to the BART railways station and detained all the suspects of the fight. That night Grant was also there at the police station, Grant denied his arrest and when he was being handcuffed by a police officer he got shot by the other police officer. The trial of the police officer is in the court and this is a very sensitive case as it is the case of murder of a black man, the African-American people have always been the target of inferiority complex. The case is under its final days, and soon the police officer might be sentenced for jail of about five to fifteen years. After the uploading of the videos of the event on a famous video community the matter became even more complicated and riots broke out in Oakland.
Sources say that Oscar was not fully innocent as he was involved in about twelve separate cases. According to the department of corrections and rehabilitation Oscar Grant criminal record exists. The department did not reveal the offenses for which Grant was sent to jail.
