Finally, Philadelphia Airport has got a new Chief Executive Officer. Mark E Gale, the loyal, hardworking with hand on expertise has been selected as the new CEO of the Philadelphia Airport. It was announced yesterday, Mark E Gale was posted as the new CEO of Philadelphia airport. The post of the CEO is new for Philadelphia Airport. Mark E Gale has got 20 years of experience on different portfolios in facilities and operations at Philadelphia International Airport. He was also working as acting aviation director for last a year or so.
Mayor Nutter revealed at the Airport on the inauguration of free cell phone waiting area that after an intellectual search at national level, we interviewed different competitive candidatures but finally we came to the conclusions that Mark E Gale is the best out of the lot. He got experience, he knows the working environment and understands the Airport more then any one else. So it wasn’t difficult for us to decide that new CEO of the Philadelphia Airport is Mark E Gale.
The management of the Philadelphia also announced the package of CEO. They said it’s a new post and we have offered a handsome salary of $200,000. The previous director of aviation was getting $160,000.
Gale, who spent early part of his life in Levittown, is an Embry Riddle Aeronautical University graduate, he started his professional career in Philadelphia Aviation Division as an internee and in 1989 he joined the company as a permanent and fulltime job.
