PittGirl exposes identity
Pittsburg, Pennsylvania—-Virginia Montanez, exposed herself from an unidentified blogger named PittGirls, has been fired from her job, as reported here on Friday.
According to details, Virginia Montanez who is a famous blogger also known as PittGirl, said on Friday that she was fired from her job yesterday morning after exposing her identity in thathschurch.com, a new blog. Mother of two, 35-year-old Virginia Montanez had been in a nonprofit organization, as a marketing and communication director, named “NEED”, she was afraid that someone will expose her some day as many of the people tried to dig up her identity.
She had successfully been posting her remarks on everything even on mayor’s office from 2005 to 2008 from her anonymous blog PittGirl. She had occupied over a great number of fans due to her sharp humorous style. Her identity had been the issue of broad rumor, especially after she unexpectedly terminated her blog in November.
According to a declaration she made yesterday on Twitter she expressed her thanks for her fans, saying she is okay and has no job yet but don’t worry everything will be okay within some days. She said that before someone else reveals her, she included her snapshot on her blog so that the world could know who she really is.
The exposure story of Virginia Montanez is a lesson for other anonymous bloggers and they have started putting their real identities as to avoid that kind of incident.
