The Playstation Twitter page could be a multi-million dollar web page for all the hits that it has been receiving since late afternoon yesterday. The anger of millions has been aroused as a ‘glitch’ in the system is preventing users from connecting to the Playstation network. The network is used a by roughly forty million people around the world and the news of this ‘glitch’ isn’t going so well, both for the ones manufacturing the console and those who have spent their hard earned money to buy it, not to mention the hours of standing in line to wait for the stores to open .
The Playstation Twitter page which is followed by – I would guess – the entire PS3 owning population of the world has had three main posts on it. The first one coming around fourteen hours ago states that the company has acknowledged the network connection problems that the users are going through and that it is already looking into it. The second one which came three hours later stated that the problem with the network is in the process of being narrowed down and that more updates will be made available to the users as soon as possible. The final post which also came around the same time told the users that the slim version of the PS3 was working fine and having no problems with connecting to the network.
Those of you still not satisfied with the performance of the company may comment on their Playstation Twitter page or follow them and then express yourselves.
