Priti (Preeti) Jain, the Indian actress not much known for her work but she is known for her scandal with the film producer Madhur Bhandarkar. The scandal has been publicized by her own when she launched a complaint against Madhur that Madhur raped her for number of times from 1999 to 2004. The local court of Andheri in Mumbai ruled out the application filed by the police that the complained recorded by Preeti Jain five years back in 2004 was based on false statement.
The metropolitan magistrate ordered to conduct an inquiry against Madhur but not to arrest him in this regard. Madhur according to Jain raped her almost 16 times by keeping her in dark as he had the plan to marry her and cast her as leading actress in his movies but it was just a time pass for, strange……..
Well, as per my information the definition of rape is sex without permission, so I understand Madhur raped Jain without her permission 16 times simply not possible , how one can rape the same woman for as many times as 16 without her permission. It sounds awkward…….
She was quite happy on the court’s decision as she expressed her views right after the decision. She said it is quite encouraging for her that she has been given the proper attention by declaring the enquiry against Madhur who deceived her and raped her…..
Preeti Jain tried to use a shortcut by letting Madhur to use her so it would be unfair to blame only Madhur.
