Robert Goulet, a legendry name in the history of American films and television. He was a great actor and singer. Robert Goulet was born on 26th November 1933 and died due to lungs disease in 2007. Robert Goulet’s parents were French Canadians and his father died when he was just 13 year old. He had chosen Louise Longmore as his first wife and they had a daughter named Nicolette and Louise Longmore died on 17th April 2008. He got married to another lady from the same profession named Carol Lawrence and had two sons Michael and Christopher.
Robert Goulet spent major part of his life in America and showed his talent in Music and Acting, and he enjoyed his fame of his career in United States of America.
Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe, composer discovered the talent of Robert Goulet in 1959, he got a chance to show his abilities to Alan and Loewe who were in search for a new flair. Robert Gulet has enough abilities to impress them and they immediately signed him with Julie Andrew and Richard Burton.
Robert Goulet sang a song “If Ever I Would leaves you” was a turning point for his career and the song became his identity.
Robert Goulet was hospitalized in Los Angles on September 30, 2007, he was diagnosed with a lungs disease named Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, and he was advised for the immediate lungs transplant. He was taken to Cedars Sinnai Medical Center on 13th October 2008 where he died before the lungs transplantation.
