Roberto Alomar 41 years old retires Major League Player once again hit the ball out of the park as he won the civil lawsuit filed by her ex-girlfriend “Ilya Dall”. Ilya Dall is Roberto Alomar’s ex-girlfriend she is 31 with two kids she got divorced in 2007.
Roberto Alomar is a Former All-Star second baseman he has 300 homeruns with 10 Golden Gloves in his career, he played for “Toronto Blue Jays”, he has played World Series championship two times and has the legacy of spending 17 seasons in the Major league.
Roberto Alomar was sued by her ex-girlfriend in last April, her allegations against the All-Star second baseman were that Roberto Alomar insisted to have sex without the protection. Alomar has been tested positive for HIV in February of 2006. Ilya Dall’s $15 million (U.S.) suite did not shook Roberto Alomar at all according to him the lawsuit is full of lies and has no truth in it. Ilya Dall is a spa owner and a competitive arm wrestler, she and Alomar broke up in the October of last year. Now a day Alomar is the resident of Queens, New York and he is living in a 5 million Dollar home.
On Tuesday in the Alomar and Dall has reached on a lawsuit settlement order by a judge. According to “Charles Bach” attorney for Robert Alomar, Dall has withdrawn in lawsuit against Alomar voluntarily, but it was not told by him that rather Alomar had paid Dall any monay to withdraw.
