According to the Hawaiian media reports, Rush Limbaugh has been taken to the hospital from the hotel after he complained of chest pains. Initial reports also said that he was taken to the hospital in serious condition. A recent comment on Mr. Rush Limbaugh’s website says that he is now ‘resting comfortably’ in the hospital.
Mr. Limbaugh was staying in a hotel in Hawaii to spend his vacations where he suffered with chest pains. Further details tell that around 7:41 pm New York time, a man with chest pains called to paramedics from the Kahala Hotel and Resort. When the paramedics arrived at the hotel, Mr. Limbaugh was sitting in a chair in his hotel room. He told the medical staff that he was taking medical treatment for his back problem. Limbaugh, 58, was taken to Queen’s Medical Center and was listed in the hospital in a serious condition. The hospital representatives have declined to comment.
Rush Limbaugh is one of the most influential talk show hosts of US. His three-hour radio show is aired on weekdays and is heard on more than 600 different radio stations. His radio show enjoys a listenership of more than 14 million across the United States.
Limbaugh went to Hawaii on vacation and had been seen playing golf in Hawaii in recent days. Interestingly, his two favorite targets, President Obama and Nancy Pelosi are also in Hawaii for vacationing.
Mr. Rush Limbaugh did have some health problems in past few years. He received a medical treatment in 2003 for his addiction to prescription anesthetics.
