Sally Struthers is an American actress. She was born on the twenty-eighth of July 1948.She first started as a dancer and took acting classes at the Pasadena Playhouse. She started her career as an actress in 1970.She was born in Oregon. She went to Grant High School. She was married to William Rader. She did her first television show the Tim Conway Comedy Hour in 1970.She got fame by her hit television show All in the Family which was broadcasted in early 1970s.
She was nominated for 2 Emmy Awards for All in the Family. She won her first Emmy award in 1972 and the second in 1979.She also hosted the NBC daytime show. She did voice over for animated movies such as the Pebbles and Bam-Bam show and the Dinosaurs. She appeared in her first movie in 1970 in The Phynx. She also played a nude appearance in the movie Five Easy Pieces which resulted in great fame for the new star. Sally Struthers also appeared in many television commercials. She also worked with the Penn Foster School. She also played a role in the Alice in the Wonderland which was also remake as a movie in the year 2010.
Sally Struthers was also nominated for Golden Globes award for best actress for the television series All in The Family. She last played her role in a comedy play called Nunsense. Sally Struthers is only known for her role as Gloria in the television series All in the Family.
