At last Satire is back on Iraq’s TV. It has been a long time for the Iraqi people to laugh about anything or make fun of one and other as satire was off air all over Iraq due to attacks by the US forces on Iraqi soil under the name of so called “Terrorism” and court murder of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. The show named Who Wants is a daily show with a lot of informal and casual activities like satire, comedy and others.

Well, a satirical TV show, with well renounced comedians has been aired by the Al Sharqiya; the theme of the show allows the comedians to make fun of the situation and the personalities around to make the viewers out of the depressing and boring sort of mind set.

This is not the story to write about the show, it actually involves a twist in shape of a contest also between the comic characters and that is Who Wants the Oil?

Well, oil is the commodity which watered the mouths of US and other countries around and they decided to get over oil reserves in Iraq by hook or by crook and they tried to capture the oil by crook but they just managed to get enough oil to reach back to US.

Anyways, back to the topic, the show Who Wants allows the comedians to win 5 liters of crude oil by competing by making fun of the situation and the political personalities.

Al Sharqiya is the channel which was banned by the Iraqi dummy Government during 2007 by applying anti terror laws but finally they are back broadcasting from UAE and show is also placed out of Iraq due to non availability of the comedians in Iraq as they settled aboard due to security reasons.

Well, the hopes are there in Iraq to bring back the normal life and peace around the country if the world so called power has changed its intentions on other countries which is seems like…………
