Although it was not the most historic Battle of the Sexes that a Long Beach, N.Y athlete has ever won “Billie Jean king will most likely never abandon that title” but in Shaw vs. Misty May and partner Kerri Walsh did took down the big man Shaq in his own show which should put big Shaq into some thinking for a while.
The foundation of the show is that big man Shaquille O’Neal, who is unquestionably one of the most distinctive athletes in the History of American Sport, takes on other grand athletes like himself in their expert sport, such as he played QB against Ben Roethlisberger and in then he take on Misty May and Kerri Walsh in this episode, we have heard that he will be running against Michael Phelps in some later episode.
At the start of the program Shaq discharge the unmatched pair of Misty May and partner Kerri Walsh, because of their recent one-year suspension and off course because they are girls, but refused to handicap them both and said he hoped the Olympic heroes did not mess up their nails too bad.
On the other hand Misty May got in a dig, when she said that Shaq is the tallest woman “I mean man” that she has ever played against, she was wearing Lakers warm-ups during her introduction.
Well it was a win it may not be as comprehensive, rewarding, intense and big but when Misty May and partner Kerri Walsh swept Shaq and Todd Rogers, you have to say it was a win.
