Famous Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja who got his fame from “Gangster, Life in a Metro and Woh Lamhe” is arrested on Monday morning for allegedly raping his 18-year-old domestic help. Shiney Ahuja, remanded to police detention until June 18 by a local court.
The famous actor, who was arrested early this morning, was presented before a local court’s Judge in suburban Andheri where prosecutor S S Kasture required the court to keep actor in police custody for the further investigations.
Witnesses statements were not recorded yet, whereas the clothes recovered from the victim and actor have been sent to Forensic Science Lab for testing. According to the victim Shiney Ahuja 36-years-old actor not only raped her but also threatened to kill her.
Whereas police authorities remained silent about the event, a source said that, according to the report filed by the “house-maid” in which she affirmed that on Sunday evening between 3-5 P.M, when wife of actor “Anupam” and two-year-old daughter were not at home, the actor Shiney Ahuja unexpectedly seized her from behind, dragged her to his bedroom, choked and raped.
In the meantime, Shiney’s detention on rape accusations has stunned Bollywood, whereas a Bollywood source said it was not shocking to hear the news, source said that Ahuja could have done such an act because the actor is well-known to be very unpredictable and temperamental both on and off the sets.
