In Florida bad weather stopped space shuttle from take off today; the delay was caused due to clouds. The space shuttle was about to take off in a few minutes but some clouds moved in causing a delay in the schedule. The space shuttle was going to take some material for the construction of the International Space Station.
NASA officials stated that they shall attempt once more on 8th of February. The forecast for Monday looks to be suitable for the take off. The space shuttle was carrying six astronauts in it. The space shuttle will give the final touch to the space center. The shuttle is now scheduled to take off before sunrise on Monday. There are five more space shuttle launches scheduled this year.
A senior official from National Aeronautics and Space Administration stated that he is responsible for the wrong planning for the moon exploration program, as the president of United States of America set a budget for other research than the moon program. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration was not ready for this and they were looking forward to the moon plan. The official further stated that he is responsible for all this as the department was not ready for such situation. And for the time to come he stated that he is looking forward to construct bigger space ships. So that he can send a lot of astronauts on space missions. He stated that he is getting ready for the new plans the United States government has decided for NASA in the new budget.
