Stacey Castor

In 2005, Stacey Castor was charged for killing her second husband “David Castor” by poisoning him with antifreeze and attempt to kill her daughter, Ashley Wallace, with a cocktail of Alcohol and crushed poisonous pills. She was also a suspect in her first husbands’ murder but never proven.

On 4th of February, 2009 the verdict of “Stacey Castor” case was announced, she was found guilty in the court of the law for murdering her husband and attempted murder of her daughter “Ashley Wallace”.

“I think truthfully that was the best day of my life, and “Because I knew that people knew that I didn’t do it” Said “Ashley Wallace”.

“Stacey Castor” told ABC that she was not judged fairly in the court of law and that “It can’t be happening, it’s got to be wrong”. But she didn’t tell anything about evidence and witnesses that whose testimony became the 50 years jail verdict for her.

It has been heard by “Judge Joseph Fahey” mouth, he said “In my 34 years in the criminal justice system, I’ve seen murderers of every variety and stripe; but I have to say, Mrs. Castor, you are in a class by yourself”.

Prosecutors argued in the court to release the transcript of the grand jury for the murder case of “Stacey Castor” this week, prosecutors want to use the transcript against “Stacey Caster” in the murder case of her first husband “Michael Wallace” in Cayuga County.

ABC’s television network program retold the murder story of “Stacey Caster” in there Friday night program “20/20.
