Surprises and surprises, the SYTYCD announces its winner in the finale.
Though everyone was expecting that Jakob Karr would take the crown home but when I heard the name of Russell Ferguson as SYTYCD winner of the season 6 I was more than happy. The krumper from Boston made it to the finale and I think it was a just decision as Ferguson deserved it.
Okay, so the sixth season of SYTYCD has ended and what a season it was. Though many feel that this season didn’t have that much energy as previous seasons of SYTYCD had, I think the sixth season was one of the greatest seasons of So You Think You Can Dance. It brought the very talented, very adorable husband and wife, an underdog from Boston, and a ‘polished stone’.
About the winner of SYTYCD Season 6
Russell Ferguson has been voted as America’s favorite dancer and he wins a cash prize of $250,000. Everyone seems happy with the result of the finale because all the six finalists were truly the best dancers among the contestants. And it would be a fair decision if anyone of these contestants was declared the winner. Russell Ferguson hopes for a steady career as a dancer after appearing on country’s greatest dance talent show. The 20-years old from Boston was extremely happy when he was declared the winner and we truly understands the moving coronation of Ferguson.
The finale of SYTYCD saw musical performances by American Idol runner up Adam Lambert (who was more well-behaved this time than AMA’s), a for-publicity performance by Leona Lewis, and a lip-synched song by J Lo. Mary J. Blige and guest dancing crew the Groovaloos also performed on the final episode of SYTYCD Season six.
Many congratulations to the winner!
