Tami Engstrom’s killer will be receiving the death sentence through a poisonous injection. He will be the first to receive a death sentence.
According to the details, Tami Engstrom was brutally killed by Kenneth Biros. In 1991, Kenneth Biros asked the 22-years-old Tami Enstrom to driver her home. They were returning from a bar. Instead of driving her home, Kenneth raped the woman and killed her brutally. He tortured her before killing and after murdering her, Biros tore her body apart in pieces which he distributed in different regions of the sates. He convicted that he cut Tami Enstrom’s body in different parts and then distributed them as far as Trumbull County, north of Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania. Tami Engstrom was a young woman from Hubbard whom he met in a bar.
Biros convicted the murder of Tami Engstrom and have been waiting for his death sentence. Biros was sentenced to die with a poisonous injection on 20th March, 2007. But later an appeal by Biros against his death sentence with lethal injection was filed in the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He appealed that the death with a lethal injection is cruel. He was transferred temporarily from Ohio’s death row to the Correctional facility of the state in Lucasville, Ohio. On April 21, 2009 the judge approved of his death sentence and declared that it’s not against the constitution.
Kenneth Biros, who brutally murdered Tami Engstrom, will receive his death sentence tomorrow December 8, 2009.
