It is shown that he kidnaps three human beings and he amalgamates them to form a human centipede. This basic theme of the movie is quite ridiculous and is the basic reason for the movie to become a disaster.
Still the people who love these kinds of movie really loved it and the movie was also able to win a big number of awards. This looked to be quite strange to the people who did not like the movie. The Human Centipede won six major awards in big categories and it looks is as it was a great movie for the horror movie lovers.
