Christopher James “Chris” Christie the brother of Todd Christie a Republican politician and the former United States Attorney for New Jersey has defeated current Governor Jon Corzine to become the 1st Republican Governor of New Jersey in a decade. He is an accomplished and proficient Politian.
Christie got 49% of the vote while Corzine got 45% with 98% of the confines counted, in a contest that astonished many political pundits. Christie campaigned against the Corzine’s performance during the downturn and it is being assumed that this voting was the first analysis of the reputation and popularity of the Obama government.
The involvement of Christie’s brother, Todd Christie, pushed him to defeat the downbeat and negative coverage of his campaign. Todd Christie served Spear Leeds & Kellogg as Chief Executive Officer, one of the 5 chief trading firms on Wall Street that was establish by the SEC to have engaged in illegitimate trading patterns within 5 years from 1999-2003; when the issue came to public knowledge.
Christie made a status and reputation as a corruption combatant, winning convictions and strong believes of almost 120 officials including previous New York Mayor Sharpe James and Senate President John Lynch.
