Kurt Angle, a pro-wrestler and gold medalist, was charged with violating the order of protection against his ex-girl friend Trenesha Biggers aka Rhaka Khan. According to the latest reports, Kurt Angle has been released from the charges. A Pa. judge dropped the charges against Kurt Angle on Tuesday. Kurt Angle was accused of violating the order of protection, possession of human growth hormones, and driving with a suspended license. The judge ordered to dismiss all of these charges after a court hearing.
According to the local police, Angle was stopped by the police in a parking lot when they found him fighting with his ex-girlfriend Trenesha Biggers. Trenesha Biggers told the police that she has received an order of protection from the court just a few hours before and that Angle has violated the order. Police hence stopped Angle for investigations. According to the local police at Pittsburgh, they found human growth hormones in his car and that he has been driving with a suspended license.
Angle was charged with these allegations in August this year. A case was filed in the court of District Judge Carla Swearingen. Kurt Angle’s attorney told the judge during the hearing that Kurt has been prescribed with these drugs for his neck injury and he holds legal prescription for the drugs. After the hearing, the judge announced that all the charges against Kurt Angles are invalid and hence ordered to drop them. Trenesha Biggers was also present in the hearing and left the court without commenting on the judge’s decision.
